“FEEF has made had a tremendous impact on our schools in Fairhope. The professional development provided for teachers would never have been possible without both the funds and the work that FEEF has provided. The compilation of responses from vertical teaming surveys completed by 300+ teachers provides us with information that we need to improve our instructional programs. Student and teacher grants have provided instructional materials and supplies that could not have been purchased otherwise. This process has enabled students to learn to write simple grant requests and feel that they have made a difference in our schools when these grants have been awarded. The meeting time provided the principals an opportunity to brainstorm on a monthly basis so that we can be familiar with what is going on at feeder schools.”
